Who We Are
Berengarra is a specialist independent secondary school for students in Years 7–12 who need more support than mainstream schools can offer. We work with young people with anxiety, trauma, autism, ADHD, school refusal (can’t), or social and emotional complexities.

How We Support
Berengarra School provides an alternative to mainstream school with a calm, welcoming environment where students can feel safe,understood and ready to re-engage with learning. No uniforms. No homework. Later starts. Shorter days. Our flexible approach helps reduce anxiety while keeping expectations high.

Where We Are
Berengarra School has two campuses:
Box Hill (Years 7–10)
Chadstone (Years 10–12).
Students can complete VPC or VCE Vocational Major, and access onsite VET in Community Services or Retail.
