With four unique learning environments, Calrossy Anglican School provides a Christian education of strong academic traditions, rich and diverse experiences and genuine pastoral care. We strive to see Christian faith at work through service and ministry. As Jesus paid attention to everyone, so must we.
The Secondary Girls (Day and Boarding), Secondary Boys (Day and Boarding), Co-educational Primary and Preschool each foster tradition and innovation, offering unique qualities while maintaining a sense of unity within the wider school. Each campus offers the vitality and enthusiasm of a young school, together with the heritage, knowledge and resources of a much larger educational community.
Our school enjoys a reputation for excellent academic and sporting results, a supportive school community, a diverse co-curricular programme and outstanding teaching and learning. We are committed to instilling our Christian values of Integrity, Selflessness, Inclusiveness and Resilience in all that we do.
Calrossy Anglican School is a “Diamond School” meaning boys and girls are taught together until Year 6, separately from Year 7 to Year 10, then combine for some classes in the senior years.
The structure allows Calrossy Anglican School to tailor teaching and pastoral care more acutely and sensitively to meet the gender specific needs of our pupils especially during the crucial and formative years of adolescence.
Calrossy is believed to be one of only a few diamond schools in Australia and has become a leader in this innovative approach. It allows the school to be small enough to retain a supportive school community but with the resources and curriculum choice of a larger school.
This unique learning environment provides a Christian education based on strong academic traditions full of rich and diverse experiences and delivers the best of both worlds… the “Diamond School” advantage
