Queanbeyan South is a welcoming school that prides itself on delivering quality education for all its students. Our students are motivated learners who share their learning experience in a wide and diverse community.

Queanbeyan South Public School (QSPS) is a coeducational primary school with over 370 students. We are a culturally diverse school with over 38 cultural backgrounds represented. The school is dedicated to equity and excellence in education, with literacy and numeracy a major focus.

We have four Multi-Categorical Classes that cater for children with specific needs. The school also has an Opportunity Class for gifted and talented students. Teachers strive to develop happy, successful students who are encouraged to be risk takers whilst engaged in meaningful learning within a stimulating and secure environment. We emphasise the development of the whole individual, academically, socially and in their own personal pride and attitudes.
