Caroline Chisholm School

Caroline Chisholm School provides a challenging and structured educational environment for students with moderate to high support needs. The school prepares students to live and work as independently as possible in the wider community through the provision of individual programs. These programs are written in conjunction with school staff, families and other relevant support agencies. Opportunities for integration are pursued at all stages through regular evaluation of teaching and learning programs.
