Holman Place School

Holman Place School is a school for students with moderate to severe intellectual disability, providing educational programs designed to address individual needs within educational, independent living, vocational, recreation and leisure domains. The school prepares students to reach their potential in leading active, meaningful and independent lives.To be eligible to enrol at Holman Place your child’s current school must submit an Access Request form to the regional Placement Panel, along with a Disability Confirmation Sheet completed by the local Disability Guidance Officer.An enrolment form is also required to be submitted to the enrolling school. If there is no prior enrolment in a NSW Government School the enrolling school will initiate the Access Request form and submit to the panel prior to placement for a decision.
