Five Islands School

Five Islands School is a Department of Education school that caters for students with moderate to severe disabilities. The school currently has four classes ranging from kindergarten to Year 12. Students are able to transition to the school from 4 years old and attend 5 days a week. We provide students with individualised programs designed to cater for diverse academic and social needs. Five Islands School has an enthusiastic and dedicated staff providing an array of programs which include community access, integration and sporting activities. The expertise and adaptability of staff and the high level of support and interest of parents enables the school to provide a quality teaching and learning environment.
