Charles Weston Primary

Our school offers Preschool to Year 6 classes and comprises seven buildings, including four classroom units with flexible learning spaces, a multi-purpose resource centre, school administration building, a large sports hall, canteen, as well as outdoor learning and play spaces. We are an inclusive facility which supports easy access with ramps, wide walkways, hearing loops. In addition to the classroom learning opportunities students at Charles Weston are also taught by specialist PE, Japanese, and Performing Arts teachers.

We actively promote and engage in partnerships with families and members of the wider Molonglo community to strengthen the education of all students. We work closely with the local Mingle Group to support the development of the broader Molonglo Valley. We are fortunate to have a Community Coordinator as part of our staff who has a background in community engagement and social work. This role helps us to connect new families and enable smooth transitions as well as support families to understand our practices and get involved in workshops and groups offered.
