headspace Rockingham

headspace Rockingham is a free and confidential service that helps young people aged 12-25 with free health & wellbeing services. We can help out if you:

• are feeling worried, down, anxious or upset about anything
• are having hassles with friends, family, or your partner
• want to see a doctor about your physical health, with things like check-ups or questions about sexual health
• want help to reduce or stop your alcohol or other drug use
• want help to find a job or get more your education
• want to meet other people, discuss topics of concern, learn new things, and have fun.

If you ever feel that you are:
• Alone and confused
• Down, depressed or anxious
• Worried about your use of alcohol and/or other drugs
• Not coping at home, school or work
• Being bullied, hurt or harassed
• Wanting to hurt yourself
• Concerned about your sexual health
• Wanting advice about contraception
• Questioning your sexuality or gender
• Struggling with housing or accommodation
• Having relationship problems
• Wanting to get back into school or Uni
• Finding it hard to get a job

Or if you just need someone to talk to…headspace Rockingham can help. The best part is our service is free, confidential and youth friendly, and no referral is required.

headspace Rockingham is not a crisis service and is not open outside of business hours. What this means is that if you need immediate support or are at risk of harm to yourself or someone else either contact 000, attend local ED, call the Acute Response Team 1800 048 636, Lifeline 13 11 14, Suicide Call Back Service 1300 659 467.
