hM brings together a wide range of service providers, so if you or someone you know needs physical health, mental health, drug and alcohol and/or education or vocational support hM is here to help.
Equally if you or someone you know is not feeling quite right in any area of their lives but not sure why our access workers can make time to help people make sense of how they are feeling and assist them to access the help they need.
There is no limit to how many times people can use the services at hM.
