Appointments: Call 1800 367 968 or walk in to our headspace headspace Narre Warren is a FREE mental health and wellbeing service for young people aged 12 – 25.

Some of the reasons young people might come to headspace Narre Warren could include; problems with friends or family, relationships break-ups, mental health issues such as anxiety or depression, problems at school or work, general physical health, sexual health and sexuality, alcohol or other drugs – or any issue that is causing concern.

We also run a range of group programs and activities where young people can meet others with similar interests or experiences and learn from each other in a fun and supportive environment.
