Headspace Orange

headspace Orange Is a free, youth friendly service for all young people aged 12-25 years. You can get in touch if you’re having a tough time, or would like to improve your health and wellbeing. You can also make contact if you’re not sure what’s going on, or feel like you need someone to talk to.

The services you access at headspace Orange will depend on what your needs and goals are. Your first appointment will be with one of our Youth Care Coordinators. They’ll talk with you about what’s going on in your life and help work out what your options are. You’ll have the opportunity to access general health, mental health, drug and alcohol services and vocational support.

Along with working directly with young people, we also want to make sure families and friends of young people feel supported when they have questions or concerns.
