Christ the King Primary School is one of 2 parish primary schools within the partnered parishes of Christ the King, Braybrook and Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Maidstone.
Christ the King Primary School is located adjacent to the site of Caroline Chisholm Catholic College: Christ the King campus.
The school caters to an enrolment of approximately 245 – 255 students of diverse multicultural backgrounds and is organised into 10 multi-age classes. Approximately 20 different nationalities are represented in the student population of Christ the King Primary School, with Vietnamese and other Asian cultures being the predominant groups. The majority of students are from non-English speaking backgrounds.
In all we do, we aspire to increase the capacity of students to become independent and discerning citizens who positively engage with and contribute to society. Therefore we promote learning and teaching that strengthens engagement, independence, collaboration, innovation, and success.
Literacy, Numeracy, and Religious Education are at the core of the school curriculum with a commitment to provide a broad curriculum through inquiry-based learning, physical education, and participation in interschool sports, swimming and camping programs.
Our staff is committed to meeting the needs of all students and, to prepare them to take their place in the global community of the future.
